About The Event
Welcome to the very first RESET RETREAT!
This is a space for you to let go, talk through the trying times in a relaxed, supportive setting; and return home feeling the hope and freedom you deserve. A place to feel seen, valued and understood.
Workshop content: purpose; burnout; self -care; ongoing burnout management
Relaxing: massage, pool time, journaling/ debriefing space; pilates/ meditation
Food: Delicious morning tea; tea/coffee; Vegan superfood lunch (or meat options)
